Well, I tried that. Yes, I downloaded it, but it did not fix the problem. I also cleaned my cache and cookies. Didn't work. I am about to do a Restore, which I do not want to do because of the work at reinstalling programs, but I don't know what else to do.
Try right-clicking on the TurboTax logo and clicking on run as administrator.
Also, make sure you do not have a pop-up blocker on.
