Can I open my 2023 return on my new laptop that doesn't have the 2023 turbo tax software on it?

I purchased the online version and put it on my old laptop. I now want to open my 2023 return on my new laptop. Do I have to somehow transfer to online version to my new laptop?

I found my original email from TT and downloaded TT on to my new laptop
