Can't access to account settings to change contact email

If you cannot log in, use the "Forgot Password" link on the sign-in page to verify your identity via email or text and reset it. 
 

Changing Your Password (If You Can Log In)
Sign in to your TurboTax Canada account.
Go to the Intuit Account option within your account settings.
Select Security or Sign-in & Security.
Choose Password to update your information.
Enter your current password, then create and confirm a new, strong password. 

 

Resetting Your Password (If You Cannot Log In)
Go to the TurboTax sign-in page.
Select the "Forgot Password?" link.
Enter your phone number, email address, or User ID to initiate recovery.
Follow the prompts to verify your identity (usually via SMS code or email).
Create a new password. 

 

Clear your web browser's cache and cookies to get rid of any pre-filled passwords.

Close and reopen your browser before you sign back in to your account.
