You can see your CCB estimated amount when you go to the Review section of your return. You will need to keep going in the Review section until near the end to see it- Here is a screenshot of the page you will see it on.

I have been on with Tech Support regarding this issue 2x and they keep saying they will fix it. Line 1 of the CCB form is populating using a monthly calculation instead of and annual calculation. No one seems to be able to figure out what form it is getting the value from to populate it. First the say RC62 - wrong, the T1General - wrong. It has to be calculating from somewhere that show the number and age of kids that are eligible under the CCB program. 

Why is this taking so long to fix????

This is also wrong on my CCB form. I’ve been on the phone with turbo tax support for over an hour.

TurboTaxVeronique posted the same screen shot several days ago.  The problem is not that we are not going to the end of the review.  The problem is when we get there it is giving the wrong figure for the CCB.  In my case it should be over 13000 instead of 1494 which a lot of us are getting. TurboTaxVeronique said earlier in this community it was a problem with TurboTax and that it would be fixed.  The question we have been asking is WHEN.

This information still doesn't show. I am more than eligible for CCB. My return is very simple and entered correctly and there is no CCB information on the review page. Only gst and carbon rebate show. This is the standard version purchased from Walmart,  downloaded and done on my desktop. When will there be a fix for this?

@TaraSka There are 2 subjects in this thread, both related to CCB. 

1- Whether you use TurboTax Desktop or Online, the estimated CCB amount will appear in the Review section. Also, if you are using TTD, in Form mode, you can access the CCB form.

2- We are now aware of an issue with the estimated amount given by our software, and our teams are working on a solution in the near future. But we do not have a resolution date yet. We want you to note that this amount is an estimate (even if wrong) and in no way affects your tax return, as it is the government that decides how much you will be entitled to receive.

We will post here, in this thread, an update as soon as we receive the information.
