Do I file common-law based off canadas definition or my provinces definition?

Saskatchewan's definition is 2 years but canada is 1.

Do I file common-law based off canadas definition or my provinces definition?

For income tax purposes you must file your tax return using the Canada Revenue Agency's (CRA) definition, which is 1-year living together in a conjugal relationship or if you have a child together.
