Filed taxes with another company

I have filed by taxes with another company earlier this week and they told me that I need to pay even more for my taxes, even though I was here just for 3 months of the 2021 tax year. Your calculator told me that I am due a tax refund so I would be getting money, as opposed to needing to pay money. Is it possible for me to change something so that I can file with you and get a refund instead? H and R block have already submitted my file which I think is the problem...

The Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) will only accept one return per tax year, so you can’t prepare another return using TurboTax. You also can’t use our software to Refile a return because you didn’t use our software to file your return.

If you need to change something on your return, you can do so using the CRA’s My Account service, or by filling out Form T1ADJ – T1 Adjustment Request.

You can log into the CRA’s My Account service on their website: My Account for Individuals

You can download the T1ADJ from this CRA webpage: T1-ADJ T1 Adjustment Request
