I am an adult who upgraded a Math Grade 12 class, so that I can go to university, can I claim this expense?

In order to claim tuition, you would need a T2202 delivered by the institution. This would mean a University course. Normally T2202 are not delivered for Hight School courses. If this course is delivered at the University, you might qualify for a T2202. Please check with your institution.
