Hello, I have a business number to drive Taxi or Uber. in 2021 I did not drive any Taxi or Uber. Can I consider myself self employed for 2021 or not?

My self employed income is $0 and I do not have expense for self employment.

If you have earned zero income as a self-employed and have zero expenses as a self-employed person, you are not required to report this on your return. However, if you are registered to collect GST/HST, you still must submit a GST/HST to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA). Please see this Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) webpage for more information: General Information for GST/HST Registrants
