Hello TurboTax Support, I noticed that the payment for my TurboTax order was charged twice on my account. Could you please help me get a refund for the duplicate charge?

We verified and only see the one charge. When you first place an order, if you look on your bank statement, it immediately shows the amount, which is just there while the item gets confirmed for purchase, and then that amount is automatically removed. 

 

Please verify your bank once again.

You guys keep insisting that I was only charged once, but according to my bank account, the payment was actually withdrawn twice. I have attached a photo showing the two transactions. Please review this carefully and let me know how you will resolve this issue, as I expect a prompt correction and refund.
