I bought a copy of 2015's TurboTax but it refuses to accept my NETFILE request and it says

I also tried uploading the NETFILE and I still got the same error. How can I fix this? And also can I get a refund?
This is not a TurboTax issue, CRA restricts the availability of NETFILE for tax returns before 2016. Certain types of tax returns can’t be sent to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) electronically.
