HI, after we submitted our taxes we received a letter from my wife's employer that they made a mistake on her t4. How would we go about correcting that?

If your wife received an incorrect T4, your wife's employer should issue her an amended T4. You would then wait for your notice of assessment; when you receive that, you can file an amendment to your tax return.
