    How can I download the purchased copy of Turbotax? The instructions provided did not work.

    What form is the file downloaded when I press the Download button after purchase?

    How can I download the purchased copy of Turbotax? The instructions provided did not work.

    Can you please clarify if you purchased the TurboTax Online version or the Download version? 

    If you purchased TurboTax Download, you will be able to download it from here.
