    can only choose expert or pay 20 to file, I want free with import info

    how can I get free net file through turbo tax with low income

    I see you used TurboTax Premier Online 2024; importing information from a previous year will automatically take you to the same version. To avoid this, you can begin your return using the TurboTax Free DIY version without an import and proceed from there.
