How can I manually enter Line 20800? It shows $1786 instead of 00.00

I have tried to netfile and CRA will not allow it until I make my change

If you manually override any calculated field you won't be able to Netfile or electronically submit you Tax return. You will have to Print and Mail your Tax return to CRA.
