How do I get a credit for a plan I used last year but not this year?

I paid for a turbo tax plan I used last year but did use this year but was still charged last years plan. How do I get a credit for the overpayment?

Can you please clarify—you purchased a TurboTax plan that you used last year, but this year you never used it, so you would like to be refunded? Did you choose that plan when you started your income tax return, or did you transfer last year's return into this year's, and is that why it started you off with this specific plan?
