How do I prove my income is from a new location if I'm self-employed (no T4), in order to claim moving expenses?

I fulfilled all the requirements to claim moving expenses (40k closer etc). I think the problem is that I'm subcontracted, so my "company" name is my own and therefore based at my home address, not the contractor's address. Therefore I technically don't have income from the new job's address?
****Edit: It would appear that all the info is actually on the summary, however only meal expenses are totalled in the "carry forward" box. The number of kilometres moved have not been converted to any monetary amount. Does that happen automatically, or do I have to figure it out myself and type it in somewhere?
Thanks!

If you drove, you will claim the amount for travel expenses as the number of kms multiplied by the per km rate.  The per km rate will depend on the province you started in when you moved, you can see the different rates at the following link:

If you flew or used another method of transportation you will claim the actual cost of your ticket.
