As long as you have an installation key, you can use the links on the following TurboTax FAQ to download older versions of TurboTax to your computer:  Where can I download the CD/download edition of TurboTax?

To get to the software for 2019 and 2020, scroll down past the video, to the section titled “Product downloads for tax years 2016-2020”. Click on the year you need to see the download links.
