To upgrade your version of TurboTax Online:
- Make sure you're signed into TurboTax and have opened your return.
- If you haven't already, complete the intro questions until the menu appears.
- Select Upgrade from the menu.
- Select the Do it yourself or Real Experts Help or do it for you tabs to see your options.
