Moved to canada and my payment methods are no longer set to a Canadian address, I have used the website to complete my form but because I have $50 in securities I need to upgrade to premium. However, I dont have a Canadian method of payment

Unfortunately, you will need to have a Canadian method of payment. The only other way is to go to a retailer to purchase the TurboTax software that you need.
