Make sure you are looking around for a "Continue My xxxx Tax Return" option! This will either show up when you click on "Sign In" on the website, or once you enter the product and will be on the left-hand side.
Hi @namurumu sorry to hear you had to start over. Depending on the version of TurboTax you are using it may not save. Try clicking the 'save' button near the top where it says log out, after you have entered information as you go along.
