    I am logging into my turbotax account and want to do my 2023 tax. however the software is apparently doing my 2021 taxes..!?

    In this situation, we recommend you to use the download version on our website to avoid these technical issues. 

     

    Please click on the link that correspond to the product you would like to download

    Enter your activation code that you previously received

    and start your return
