I am retired this year and said that in the profile. Why is the T4 slip coming up for entry?

If you do not have any T4 then you can ignore that. However, make sure it is not a T4A that is coming up which would be where you enter your retirement income.  Also, you may have worked some in 2016 before you retired.  If you Autofilled your return the T4 may have been entered on your return.
