Error code 15 indicates that the personal information entered does not match the information that the CRA has on file. Please ensure that the names, phone numbers, and addresses entered are identical to those that the CRA has. If the information is correct, verify your NetFile code. Remember that the code is not mandatory for filing a tax return.
