I can't enter a new figure for self-employed health insurance. The blue $0 remains fixed

I should be able to deduct some of my medicare insurance premiums from my consulting income as self-employed health insurance.  However under Less Common Business Situations, TurboTax shows $0 as the entry and won't allow me to change it.
