I believe you are referring to the TurboTax Advantage program where you automatically are charged for software each tax year.
To cancel your subscription, simply remove all products in your TurboTax Advantage account:
If this does not help, then use this screen to request that your subscription be cancelled. Or just call the helpdesk.
