If you received a paper copy of your T-slips, then you will need to enter the information from your T4A and retirement income on your tax return manually.

Please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your TurboTax account, and go to "My Returns".

2. Now click on "View all tax returns" and select the tax return you want to work on.

3. Now navigate to"Income" tab and under this tab, click on "T-slips".

4. Go to "T4A - Pension, Retirement and Annuity" and enter the information from your T4A slip.

5. If you have multiple T4A or T4A(OAS) Old Age Security, repeat the process for each slip. For example: If you have T4A(OAS) Old Age Security, go to "T4A - (OAS) Old Age Security" and enter all your information.

Once you've entered your T4A income, TurboTax will automatically calculate the amount of tax you owe based on your total income and any deductions or credits that you're eligible for.

Note: It's also important to keep in mind that if you received any other types of income during the tax year, such as employment income or investment income, you'll need to enter those amounts as well.

Thank you for choosing TurboTax.
