I just upgraded to Home and Small Business, but cannot get it to open or download the software and link with the standard software I have already downloaded

I was prompted to upgrade from the Standard package to Home and Small Business, which I did. I have my new IKC, but donot have a weblink to open. I closed my return and reopened, but it did not recognize I had upgraded
