I keep getting offerred the Self Employment upgrade. When I decline it puts me into a loop. It goes from the Tax Summary page to the Upgrade page and I can't get out.

I requested a call back. The individual said that I had to either pay for self employed even though I'm not or start all over again. The individual could not tell me what triggered the self employment, nor why there was no way out of this loop I was in where I could not go back to the interview page, nor could they adjust the price as its forcing me to select self employed at a higher cost. This is the second year in a row I'm getting some serious technical issues. Is there a direct line to a supervisor as the first level of support doesn't seem to log these requests.

When you are on the upgrade page, you have the possibility to open the details for each edition.

For sure, it's what you entered in your return that triggered the software to offer you an upgrade and for which product. Also, if you used Self-employment last year and you imported your data from the previous year, you also import the product you used.

Please review your Tax profile, including the mandatory questions. If you selected something with a lock on the right side, this means an upgrade will be proposed to enter this information.
