I paid 34.99 plus tax to do my 2022 return, instead it went towards my 2021 return, but i already did 2021 taxes last year, so can i get that 34.99 forwarded to 2022 pls?

i did my taxes with turbo in 2019 and 2020, but when i was doing my taxes, again, and i filed with netfile, it said i already did my 2021 taxes, and thats true, i did it with another company. so i accidentally paid 34.99 for 2021 when clearly it should have been paid for 2022, but turbo tax didnt show me a 2022 tax application, it kept saying 2021, so i thought it was a typo, basically i wanted to transfer the fee for what i paid ad what i thought was a 2022 return, can they do that?
