I paid for my tax return but it appears it was never submitted and now the info is gone
Did you sign back into TurboTax with the same credentials you used to do your 2016 return ?
Go to the start menu of your computer and in search bar type in tt.16 to see if TurboTax will be there and you can open it and possibly find your return.
