I pay for my mother's subsidized housing apartment

Scenario: My mother lives in a subsidized housing apartment and I pay her monthly apartment rent and also support her day to day expenses:

QUESTION 1: Am I eligible to claim  rent expense or day-to-day expense and if yes, where in TurboTax that will go?

QUESTION 2: Would my mom be eligible to apply for any of Northern Ontario energy credit (NOEC), Ontario energy and property tax credit (OEPTC) and Ontario Senior Homeowner's Property TAX grant (OSHPTG)?

I pay for my mother's subsidized housing apartment

Depending on your mother's income, you may be able to make a claim for 'Infirm Dependant.'  Your mother does not own her home so she is not able to claim the OSHPTG, however yes she can make a claim for the OEPTC.  Without knowing where your mother lives, we can't say if she qualifies for the NOEC, however if you review this link you can see if your mother qualifies.
