Thank you for your question. When you work as a contractor, you don't receive a T4A slip reason being you're considered self-employed and T4A is for Income from other sources.
For filing your returns, you need to fill the form T2125 (Statement of Business or Professional Income) where you will enter your gross total income earned and the related day-to-day eligible expenses and other deductions to fulfill your contract to make Net Income.
