Is it normal to be charged for a turbo tax premium bundle and turbo tax assist and review on top?

I switched from premium (60$) to assist and review (90$). I was charged for both. I opened a case March 31 but still havent received and answer to confirm if assist and review is to be charged on top of the premium?

If you have selected the option, then the charge is applicable. Also, the assist and review is an additional service that is charged on top of the premium.
