Is WCB considered a disability?

If I was on Workers Comp the entire year, still worked (light duties and still injured), does this qualify for disability?

To be eligible for the disability amount you need to have T2201 completed by a qualified medical practitioner and filed with the CRA. It's not necessarily connected to WCB.
