My 2016 return is not in my account.

I am using standard turbo tax. I filed for 2016 and have confirmation email for a successful submission. I log into turbo tax now and go to return manager but 2016 is not there. How do I find 2016?

My 2016 return is not in my account.

Ensure that you are logged in to the correct account. You might have created more than one account. So it is important to make sure that you are not signing in using a different account than the one you used to file your taxes.

If you are confident that you are using the correct account and you don't see your tax return, fill out the form in the following link: https://support.turbotax.intuit.ca/contact/ during our support hours. An agent will be able to help you.
