My son is 17, he received a T4A slip, Box numer is 105, and Amount is 3000. So how and where can I input this dependant's income ? or should he file a tax return?

Yout son should file a return.  Box 105 indicates a scholarship...indicating your son was in school.  He will be able to claim tuition credits, and may potentially be able to transfer these credits to yourself.
