My wife returned from Canada to Australia in July and had Australian employee income and paid AUD tax. How do enter this tax paid in turbo tax?

Foreign slip - which can be found under the Income tab - Tslips then all the way down the list to Foreign Slip. There is a box in that slip that allows you to enter in your foreign tax paid.
