Netfile ineligible

I currently live in Quebec and work in Ottawa. I have a salaried position which earns commission and am required to have a home office (which is in Quebec). I have entered all the pertinent home expenses that are claimable in the Federal return and then entered them on the Quebec return. When I went to Netfile it indicates that I am ineligible since my place of self employment income does not come from the same province as I live. I am unsure if there is a bug in the Turbotax this year since last year I was able to netfile last year. The note I receive is "The entry for province or territory of self-employment is not the same as your province of residence at December 31st. Your return is not eligible for Netfile. "  I have reviewed all the information and compared it to last year's return and there doesn't seem to be any visible reason why the error is happening. Help
