Hi, I finally sent all documents and evidence to AccurateGuarantee team, but they decline my claim and not acknowledge their software error. So I am thinking suing TurboTax, will you be interesting? I think we should join together for this.
What was the reasoning for their rejection? Was it formal, email, mail? Can you share?
They said “
We have determined that TurboTax Desktop met the standards we expect while facilitating the preparation of your tax return, and I am unable to approve your claim for reimbursement.
After investigating your tax return, documents and all communication, the basis for coming to this decision is as follows:
1. Turbo Tax Desktop Software Functionality - The TurboTax Desktop software, specifically within the Easy Step navigation, accurately presented the required questions for completing the Ontario Childcare Access and Relief from Expenses (CARE) tax credit form. The software prompted users to identify who supported their children, a key factor in determining eligibility.”
It was all email correspondence. My TurboTax 2021 and 2022 was Basic version and has no CARE tax credit form prompt as this email says.

Guess I'll be finding alternatives for TurboTax and Quicken now since, as the meme goes, "they had one job"...
Same issue for me and same unacceptable response from Intuit.
