Paid but cannot access turbotax

keeps asking me for a code but this is not working for me...when I go back to apply the code emailed to me it starts me all over in the registration and then sends me a new code

Did you prepurchase a return for one of our online TurboTax editions? If so, you simply sign in and start a return. You'll enter your payment code at the end when you're ready to file. You can find the online version of TurboTax for tax year 2018 here: https://ww1.2018.turbotaxonline.intuit.ca/

If you purchased one of our download editions and got an Installation Key Code (IKC) on your receipt, you need to download and install TurboTax. You can find our downloads here: https://turbotax.community.intuit.ca/replies/3001486

If you purchased the Online version you will have a card to scratch and the 11 digit number should be there. 

 

If you have a 21 digit code that is for TurboTax download. - You will download the TurboTax version you purchased and use the IKC code which has 21 digits.

I tried to move it to my tax folder now can't find it

First, please make sure that you have purchased the right product. The codes for TurboTax Online will not work with TurboTax CD/Download & vice-versa.

 

Second, if you bought TurboTax at a retailer (Costco, Walmart, Staples, etc…), please make sure that you are using the code that came in the package. It may be on a slip of paper or on a scratch-off card. It is not on the outside of the box or on your receipt.

 

If you have bought TurboTax Online, please go to turbotax.ca/activate to use your code before you start your returns. You can see this TurboTax FAQ for step-by-step instructions: In TurboTax Online, how do I use a prepayment code?

 

If you have bought TurboTax CD/Download, you will be asked for the licence code when you install the software. Please see this TurboTax FAQ for more information on the licence code: Where is my TurboTax licence code?
