Purchased the standard turbo tax and when I put the cd in is says its the basic version. It doesn't even ask for the Licence Code. Can anyone help?

cost us $40.00 and it just doesn't work. Can anyone help me please?

Can you please send us a picture of the TurboTax box that you purchased and the CD?
