If you are using TurboTax download/CD version:
Log Into TurboTax CD/Download and click on Introduction in the left menu. Then click Personal Info to correct your name.
If you are using Online version: When you login to your account, select Account Settings from under My Account & Return. Then click Edit next to User ID.
