How do I process a refund for the online version?

The online Premier 2020 edition was purchased at Costco, but wanted the download version.  Have been using the disc version for years and don't want to change.  Can I return it for a refund and get the download version?

If you have bought TurboTax Online instead of the Download version, you will need to get a refund for the Online product, then you can buy the Download product that you need. The codes are not interchangeable.
