How do you get back income tax paid to Quebec Revenu Agency after moving to another province?

I  moved from Quebec to Alberta mid-year. Is there a form to account for the tax paid?

You generally will not get your money back after filing. After you cut residential ties with Quebec you will cease any tax obligations. Once you start earning income in Alberta and fully cut ties with Quebec, you will start filing  Canadian taxes.
For more information, you can call the Canada Revenue Agency: 1 (800) 959-8281
