I can log in, edit my work, and review it. But when I go forward in the interview towards paying and filing, I get unending loading. I've waited for up to 10 minutes multiple times, and it just kicks me out for lack of activity.
How can I pay and file?
I called, and the support staff suggested I use the Crome browser instead of Safari. It worked.
