My turbo tax skips past the citizenship page on my return so I can't check it to see that its filled in correctly, how can I fix this?

You can check and go back to your Personal info summary. To do this, go to My Info tab on the left side menu, then click Personal info summary. Scroll down to see Citizenship information. Click "Edit" beside it to view information and to make some changes. Then, continue to save your return.
