On a T3 for an account shared with my spouse the capital gain is not split 50% like the other income but is all included in one return. Anyone else seen this?

I have the same issue when on T3 joint account capital gains amount are not split with my spouse 50 percent. However dividends and other income are.
Today is March 30, 2025. Can anyone respond if the issue being resolved?
