When I'm filling in my T4 for my self employed income, do I just fill in box 14 "employment income" since the rest I have not contributed to?

Self-employed business income is reported on form T2125 Statement of Business or Professional Activities. This form can help you calculate your gross income and your net income (loss), which are required when you complete your T1, General income, and benefit return.

If you have more than one business activity, you have to complete a separate T2125 for each activity. Check our TurboTax guide on how to fill the T2125 form
