Why won't the programme allow me to input the disability and caregiver amount?

You simply need to answer the questions and TurboTax will automatically enter the amount you are entitled to. 

If you are getting an error message please let us know on which screen and what the error message is so that we could assist further.

I have the same problem dans la déclaration du Québec. I checked the box "I took care of an eligible relative who did not live with me". I previously completed his statement. I mentioned the dependent at the introduction stage. Nothing, It always indicates an amount of 0 dollars
