When I started a new return for Yousif Salman, turbo tax asked for upgrade and paid money and I want to use the free service ( I don’t want to pay)?
I opened my acct and started my free return. I was told to upgrade software. I bought turbotax deluxe and have tried entering the activation code. It will not accept it?
I am going to complain about your site. You start off the app as free and then it gets to a point where there's nothing you can do but upgrade to deluxe. You're a scam.
Turbo tax keps trying to force a upgrade claiming i put things in the medical claims section. when i have not and i made sure 15 times now and it wont listem
